How long will it take my order to arrive?

I typically ship orders once or twice a month. You should receive a confirmation email with tracking info when it's sent out. After that, domestic packages typically take 2-3 business days to arrive. International orders typically take about 2-3 weeks, but may take longer to arrive due to customs/delays. 

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

I ship to most countries, however shipping to the UK is unavailable as of 2021. Shipping fees vary and should be calculated automatically during the checkout process.

My package was marked “delivered” but it’s not here.

Once items are shipped, their delivery is completely out of my hands. Please double check the address on your order to ensure it was sent to the correct place. It's possible that the package may have been delivered to the wrong address, left with a neighbor, or is still in the hands of USPS.

Please contact your post office for help with missing packages. I am unable to replace items lost in the mail.

I received tracking info but it hasn’t updated!

Usually this means I’ve packaged your order but haven’t given it to the post office yet. Please be patient with me, I am only one person.

I need my order by (specific date)

Due to my schedule, I cannot offer rush shipping or guarantee orders arriving within a specific timeframe, sorry!

Do you accept wholesale orders?

RETURNS

Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:

-If the item is defective or damaged in some way

-If there was a mistake and you were sent the incorrect item

Shipping fees are typically non-refundable. Please email mail@babyfrog.shop to let me know of any problems with your order!
